Our "big idea" was to develop cost-effective, easily deployable, food storage systems that can drive post-harvest losses down to 5% or less. Using our core competencies in real estate and applied engineering, we developed the first modular systems for both cold and dry storage, and developed new management systems that place Blumberg Grain at the cutting edge of food security worldwide. The result is a fast-growing company that is providing food security warehousing and systems on a global basis.
